Light in the Darkness ( Resiliency of the Filipinos)

After a storm comes a rainbow, that's what we, Filipino believed that after all the challenges that may come into our way, it's always end up wonderfully, successfully, end up with a happy one. That not all time we would suffer, not all the time we would be in pain.

Philippines is one of the most disaster-prone countries. we are located at the Pacific Ring of Fire where the active volcanoes situated. There are also 21-26 typhoons entering in the PAR per year. And because of this, many lives has been wasted, has been sacrificed. Many properties was destroyed, wealth and family. Yes, Philippines is very rich in terms of natural resources but even though it is, our economic status are not that really stable. Many people are suffering poverty, they do not even get a proper meal a day, they do not even have the money to go to school and buy themselves a pair of clothe. Jobs are not enough for all the people but after all of this sufferings the smile on their face never fade. We would never give-up, we would never let this struggles overcome us instead we are the one who overcome this. Filipinos were like  a bamboo in times of calamities and problems, we may bend but we wont broke. People were helping each other, envy was replaced by sympathy, selfishness was gone in each peoples mind. It's hard to loss something especially if it is very valuable to you but we have to move-on and carry all the lessons that we've learned.

Filipinos are survivors, we continue to live our life even it's hard because we know that God is on our side, he is there to help and guide us. So, nothing is impossible, I'm possible- we are possible to survive because it's a matter of choice.
